Prices display in USD and CAD simultaneously, and the customer's preferred currency is snapshotted at order time so historic totals stay accurate.
Infinite scroll, category filtering, keyword search, and sort are built as Server Components for fast initial load and SEO, with client-side filter interactions layered on top.
Guests receive an Order Reference ID for tracking, while registered customers get a full order history dashboard.
Customers can submit made-to-order requests with material preferences, dimensions, and product specifications.
Tiptap v3 descriptions, Cloudinary multi-image uploads with progress, primary-image ordering, and product badge controls.
Full order lifecycle management includes status updates, customer-visible tracking notes, and internal admin notes separated at the TypeScript type level so they can never appear in customer-facing responses.

The important screens are not decoration. They show the operational surface: what users do, what admins control, and where the product has to stay reliable.
The problem
House of SnH needed more than a catalogue. The business required a serious cross-border storefront with dual-currency pricing, guest checkout, custom order requests, rich product administration, and order operations that could work across separate frontend and backend cloud platforms.
What we built
We built an international e-commerce platform with a fast Server Component catalogue, dual USD/CAD pricing, guest and authenticated checkout, custom order requests, Cloudinary-backed product media, and a private admin panel for products, badges, images, and order lifecycle management.
The outcome
The team now has a production storefront and private operations system for selling handcrafted Kashmiri and Pakistani products to customers in the US and Canada.
Technical note
Cross-origin authentication spans two cloud deployments: session cookies on the Railway backend, marker cookies for Next.js middleware route protection on Vercel, and separate auth instances for customers and admin.
